As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Gong, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and creating enthusiastic advocates.
You will leverage your creative prospecting abilities to strategically pursue new business opportunities, navigate complex deals, and provide thought leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing prospects from lead to close
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Clearly articulating and demonstrating Gong's value proposition
- Building lasting relationships with customers
- Implementing pilot programs
- Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and meeting quarterly quotas
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant closing experience with outbound SDR/BDR experience
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience, with a track record of closing deals valued between $50,000 and $250,000
- Experience selling platform solutions
- Proven success in achieving sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience selling to sales leaders is advantageous
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and well-organized with strong teamwork and self-motivation skills

The annual OTE for this position ranges from $160,000 to $210,000 USD.
