As a Director, Product Management (Individual Contributor) - Anti Money Laundering, you will focus on delivering the next-gen platform, working closely with partners across product, technology, design, data science, and the business to drive transformative change.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
The salary ranges for this role are:
- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000 per year
- Richmond, VA: $209,500 - $239,100 per year
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
