This role is for the AirKey team, part of the Emerging Payments & AirKey group at Capital One. AirKey is a new method of authentication, effectively turning the payment card into a hardware authenticator, that can help reduce fraud and drive customer engagement for banks and other third parties.
As a Director of Product Management on the team, you will lead a team of product managers and work closely with tech on strategy and implementation of AirKey with commercial partners. You will determine the product roadmap based on feedback and analysis from internal and external partners.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
- Previous experience in building 0 to 1 product spaces
- Previous experience in monetization and/or enterprise B2B software
- Experience leading and building teams of product managers

- Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800
- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700
- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700
- Plano, TX: $245,100 - $279,800
- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800
- San Francisco, CA: $294,100 - $335,700
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
