We're looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our ORFEA Residence in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains (36 rooms). The contract is for 11 hours over 2 days, starting early February 2027. Your schedule will be:
- Day 1: 6 hours
- Day 2: 5 hours
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and managing phone calls
- Handling check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring a smooth customer experience and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Setting up and monitoring the breakfast buffet
- Maintaining the cleanliness and standards of the establishment
- Providing information and guidance to customers
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
