Description
GitLab is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to own a portfolio of strategic and large customers and prospects in Poland. The successful candidate will help these customers get the most value from GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, breaking into new enterprise accounts and expanding GitLab's footprint within existing customers.
The role involves working closely with pre- and post-sales teams and strategic channel partners to drive full-cycle sales, from prospecting and qualification through rollout, usage, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have experience owning and growing large, complex accounts, a background in selling into strategic or enterprise organisations, and the ability to run a consultative sales process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts
- Leading complex sales cycles using a consultative approach
- Developing and executing structured account plans
- Collaborating with pre-sales, customer success, support, and strategic channel partners
- Acting as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and product ideas
- Generating and nurturing qualified pipeline
- Preparing and maintaining accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast reports
The team: You'll join a regional Strategic Sales team focusing on large and complex customers in Central Europe. The team collaborates closely with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Support, and Channel partners to drive new customer acquisition and expansion of GitLab's footprint.
