We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Distribution and Receive Centers. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for team members. You will work closely with leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams. You will also use information and work closely with leaders to build teams that achieve their specific business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leaders to recruit, retain, develop, and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams

- Provide guidance and support to leaders and team members on HR-related matters
- Analyze and resolve complex HR issues
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- Strong reasoning, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict
- Basic knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, computer systems (e.g., Excel, Word, O365)
