Partner Training Skills Manager

You will be part of GrabAcademy's Training & Partnerships team, dedicated to providing holistic learning and development support for driver-, delivery-, and merchant-partners.

As the Partner Training Skills Manager, you will co-lead the Grab SkillsFuture Queen Bee initiative, a nationwide upskilling programme launched by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading research on industry landscape and market trends to understand critical skills requirements
• Diagnosing skills gaps and needs, and identifying measurements of success
• Formulating a training needs plan and sourcing new training solutions
• Building partnerships with SMEs and Grab partners to drive uptake of SWDA programmes
• Developing and driving an outreach and implementation plan
• Evaluating the effectiveness of skills and training solutions

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree and above
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in learning & development
• Certification in ACTA/ACLP
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience in marketing, event management, consulting, creative design, and F&B sector is preferred
