Description
As a Business Systems Analyst at Gusto, you'll own systems powering the recruiting experience, including recruiting tools and Sana. You'll work with Recruiting, People Operations, and Engineering to understand hiring workflows, identify areas for improvement, and design/configure systems and AI agents.
Responsibilities:
- Own administration, configuration, and roadmap for recruiting tools and Sana
- Lead requirements gathering with Recruiting and write specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineers to design, build, test, and launch AI agents and automations
- Map current-state workflows, identify friction, and drive improvements end-to-end
- Manage multiple projects, communicate status to stakeholders, and maintain documentation/training
Requirements:
- 4-6 years in HRIS, recruiting systems, or business systems analysis
- Experience owning/configuring ATS or HR systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Track record of leading projects with measurable results
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
- Experience partnering with engineers and comfort with light scripting/automation tools
- Experience with or interest in building AI tools and agents
Compensation: $107,000/yr to $130,000/yr in Denver, $130,000/yr to $160,000/yr in San Francisco/New York
