We are seeking a talented Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at CVS Health. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and beauty expertise to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized sales service to customers in the beauty zone
- Building relationships with customers through effective upselling and suggestive selling
- Maintaining product knowledge and sharing the latest beauty trends and techniques with customers
- Creating and maintaining product displays and promotional materials
- Participating in sales training meetings and conference calls
- Meeting sales goals and tracking progress
Requirements:
- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours
- Ability to perform ear-piercing services (training provided)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for select stores)
