Description
As a Technical Support Associate at Gong, you'll be at the forefront of the customer experience, providing exceptional and consultative support to customers.
You'll work with a team that dreams big, moves fast, and cares deeply about the craft and about each other. The role involves delivering outstanding support via email and scheduled calls, learning Gong products and common integrations, partnering with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, and contributing to creating resources that help customers and teammates succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding support experience via email and scheduled calls for customers using Gong products while meeting key performance goals.
- Learn the ins and outs of Gong products and build expertise with common integrations (such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs).
- Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, help identify potential bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Contribute to creating resources,like documentation, training materials, or process guides,that help both customers and teammates succeed.
Qualifications:
- Technical Support Associate interested in going above and beyond for customers.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way.
- Recently completed a technical degree and interested in growing your career in technical support.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
- Curious, resourceful, detail-oriented, and organized, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with platforms like Zoom, Dialpad, GoToMeeting, or other telephony/web conferencing tools is a plus.
- Exposure to Salesforce, APIs, or programming/scripting languages is a bonus, but not required.

The hourly range for this position is $26.45 - $32.70 USD.
