FBS IT Recruiter (Guidewire)

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations with the purpose of building a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Recruiter with specialized expertise in recruiting Guidewire professionals across Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance technology environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Guidewire-related positions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and hiring priorities.
• Develop recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified professionals.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical competencies, experience, and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process.
• Provide meaningful insights regarding the market and ways to implement specialized strategy to the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiations and facilitate onboarding activities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience.
• Experience on Guidewire roles or insurance technology positions.
• Strong understanding of the Guidewire platform and its core modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, InsuranceSuite & Guidewire Cloud.
• Experience recruiting software engineers, architects, business analysts, and QA professionals.
• Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Sourcing experience on different platforms.
