Description
We are looking for a Strategic Events Marketing Manager to support the production of Samsara's annual customer conference, Beyond, and other hosted events throughout the year.
This role will coordinate keynote and breakout planning and execution, support content production, review venue contracts, assist in managing expo production needs, oversee multiple events and programs, and bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to build a successful event experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate keynote and breakout planning and execution across key internal stakeholders, Samsara’s main production vendor, and venue partners.
- Support content production by building timelines, scheduling rehearsals, sourcing vehicles and equipment, and managing exec schedules and internal/external speakers.
- Review venue contracts to ensure production needs are being met.
- Assist in managing expo production needs, including coordinating details between internal stakeholders, vendors, and the venue.
- Oversee multiple events and programs with overlapping schedules.
- Bring energy, creativity, and new ideas to build a successful event experience.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in event management/production.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience using AI tools to work more efficiently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and budget-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $79,135-$119,700 USD per year
