You will join the Mission Software Solutions business, delivering customised and off-the-shelf software solutions to Defence, Intelligence, and other Government sectors. Your focus will be on providing practical ICT support within a secure Defence environment as an ICT Support Officer supporting the GEO SPACES team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support across hardware, software, user accounts, and connectivity, troubleshooting common issues and escalating complex matters.
- Build practical experience with workstation builds, device deployments, user administration, endpoint maintenance, patching, and routine system health activities.
- Deliver hands-on support within secure facilities, including equipment setup, secure network patching, cabling, hardware replacement, and direct assistance to users and operational teams.
- Collaborate with systems, network, cyber, and engineering specialists across GEO SPACES.
Requirements:
- Current TSPV security clearance.
- Experience working within Defence, intelligence, or another secure operational environment.
- Interest in developing a career in ICT and technical support, with the ability to learn new technologies and apply practical problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with users and provision of practical, customer-focused technical support.
- Ability to follow established processes and work appropriately with classified systems, information, and environments.

This role requires an Australian citizen with a TSPV Security Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a DISA/OSA.
