Description
Deutsche Bank USA Core Corporation seeks a Production Support Associate in Arlington, VA to provide L2 support for Security Operations Centers applications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging across Linux, Solaris, and AIX environments
- Analyze system logs through Splunk dashboards to identify incidents
- Monitor process states using ITRS Geneos
- Leverage alerting dashboards and inter-service dependency insights to execute runbook-driven mitigations and ensure platform stability
- Execute end-to-end application production operations incident and application service delivery service request workflows
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support critical severity application production incidents
- Review and initiate change records
- Conduct impact and conflict analysis
- Validate implementation and rollback procedures
- Execute post-change deployment verification
- Perform systems health checks post production deployment
- Plan and execute server upgrades and application patching activities
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or a related field or equivalent
- Two (2) years of experience performing troubleshooting and debugging across Linux, Solaris, and AIX environments
Salary range: $102,086.00 - $129,500.00/year.
