Description
Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Partner Enablement Specialist 3 to ensure partners have the knowledge, skills, and readiness to deliver real value to customers.
The successful candidate will own partner enablement end-to-end, including certification, onboarding, and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partner enablement plans
- Onboard new partners with structured onboarding plans
- Run partner certification programs, including bootcamps and assessments
- Build and maintain enablement content
- Track partner progress and certification records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve enablement
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, partner enablement, or technical training
- Experience building training or certification programs
- Strong facilitation and content creation skills
- Technical fluency with SaaS and AI concepts
- Programme management and organisational skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with learning management systems and course authoring tools
- Familiarity with the Salesforce partner ecosystem
- Experience with AI Agents and Large Language Models
The base salary range for this role is $157,500-$188,150.
