Description
We are seeking a Distribution Partner Specialist to join our team in Greece. As a Distribution Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for executing strategies, engaging with customers, and building capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute D&W strategy through clear partner actions
- Drive priorities and identify implementation gaps
- Share market insights and best practices
- Build strong relationships with partners and understand local markets
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen partner execution
- Develop frontline selling capabilities and deliver training
- Connect sell-in, sell-out, and execution data to inform commercial actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of FMCG, sales, or commercial experience
- Experience with D&W or distributors is an advantage
- Strong understanding of FMCG and commercial concepts
- Analytical and commercial capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organizational skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Very good English skills
- Driver's license
