Description
The Senior Consultant will lead consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across Mexico.
This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project workstreams, and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and financial objectives.
The position also plays a key role in coaching and developing junior team members, strengthening delivery capabilities, reducing execution risk, and supporting the continued growth and scalability of the consulting business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead consulting projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct and oversee market research, analysis, and development of client recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants and support team development initiatives.
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and account growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Project management and client-facing experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Working Model
Hybrid role requiring approximately 50% office presence in Mexico City.
