The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in learning strategy, consulting, instructional design, AI-enabled learning, and business development, with a proven ability to create scalable frameworks, customize existing Visa University content, and build learning experiences aligned to client business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end development and commercialization of Visa University learning solutions across assigned LAC markets, integrating AI-enabled design, skills-based capability building, delivery, measurement, and continuous evolution
  • Client needs discovery and business alignment
  • Partner with clients, account executives, VCA consultants, and regional teams to understand client business goals, identify capability gaps, and define the learning needs required to support growth, transformation, and performance priorities
  • Lead exploratory and discovery engagements using consulting, design thinking, and human-centered design methodologies to uncover opportunities for training, upskilling, and competence building
  • Stay current on payments, AI, innovation, and industry trends, and translate market developments and Visa capabilities into relevant learning opportunities for clients and partners
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, VCA colleagues, learning consultants, account executives, and internal partners to ensure strong collaboration and productive engagement throughout the lifecycle
  • Solution packaging, value proposition, and commercialization
  • Develop and manage the go-to-market strategy, value proposition, sales pipeline, and revenue targets for new revenue-source training programs and bespoke learning solutions
  • Map, categorize, and assemble existing Visa University, VCA, AI, and cross-functional learning assets into ready-to-deploy programs that address client needs and scale across markets
  • Build sales materials, proposal toolkits, reusable frameworks, and packaged offerings that help account executives, consultants, and learning teams articulate benefits, assemble proposals, and industrialize repeatable solutions
  • Leverage global Visa University support teams across marketing, product, finance, and global product offerings to maximize economies of scale, reuse standard assets, localize content only where needed, and build a more repeatable, scalable, factory-like learning practice
  • Collaborate with regional resources to identify qualified opportunities, promote cross-selling with advisory services, Visa products, and VCA verticals, and support proposal development and deal formalization
  • Track pipeline, revenue, expenses, margins, scorecard metrics, and deal progress in relevant platforms, providing regular visibility to market leads and stakeholders
  • Program design, execution, feedback, and continuous evolution
  • Design and customize scalable, AI-enabled learning solutions, including adaptive learning journeys, simulations, practical use cases, bespoke programs, and study trips, by adapting Visa University curriculum to client-specific roles, priorities, and learner needs
  • Develop repeatable processes, models, templates, documentation, and content customization approaches that enable Visa University to deliver tailored solutions efficiently and consistently
  • Apply AI responsibly across the learning lifecycle, using generative AI, learning analytics, skills mapping, personalization, and workflow-based learning to accelerate design, improve learner relevance, and strengthen measurable business impact
  • Coordinate program delivery with curriculum teams, learning consultants, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear RACI, seamless execution, budget discipline, and timely delivery
  • Define and implement evaluation approaches that use stakeholder business drivers, KPIs, learner insights, and client feedback to measure impact, improve program effectiveness, and evolve offerings over time
  • Use delivery results, client feedback, and market learnings to refine packaged programs, enhance future proposals, and continuously strengthen the Learning Consulting practice
