Description
We are looking for a Senior Industry Consultant, Healthcare to join our growing Industry Solutions Team (IST). As a Senior Industry Consultant, you will translate technical concepts and patterns into business benefits for senior management and executives, as well as enterprise architects and product owners.
You will partner with our sales team to help ensure success in accounts, support sales through enablement, and present MongoDB's position at various events. You will also be tightly aligned with our product management organization and communicate field requirements to the product management leadership.
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Sector, strong programming/software engineering skills, deep expertise in clinical data structures, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Translate technical concepts and patterns into business benefits for senior management and executives
- Partner with sales teams to customize solutions and deliver client presentations
- Support sales through enablement, technical discovery, demos, training, and proof of values
- Present MongoDB's position at various events
- Represent MongoDB in international organizations and standardization bodies
- Communicate field requirements to product management leadership
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Sector
- Strong programming/software engineering skills
- Deep expertise in clinical data structures (openEHR, Snomed, FHIR)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to discuss a broad range of data technologies
- Pro-active, self-starter with the drive to learn new skills
- Strong English language skills, Spanish is an advantage
