Junior Commercial Apprentice

As a Junior Commercial Apprentice, you will support the administrative and operational activities of the Commercial area at Red Bull in Belo Horizonte, contributing to the organization of routines, monitoring of indicators, and support to the sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop professional, commercial, analytical, and relationship-building skills, working in partnership with different business areas.

Responsibilities:

• Support the analysis of commercial indicators (sell-in, sell-out, market share, volume, price, and margin)
• Assist in updating dashboards and performance reports for key clients
• Provide support in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings
• Participate in planning campaigns and promotional actions with the commercial and marketing teams
• Monitor field execution and distribution data, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support the forecasting and stock control team, along with the Supply Chain team

Requirements:

• Analytical and curious profile, with ease of working with numbers and data
• Good communication and synthesis capacity
• Interest in understanding sales dynamics, consumer behavior, and commercial strategies
• Organization and attention to detail
• Team spirit, proactivity, and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Availability to take the Espro course at the nearest polo to your residence
• Regularly enrolled in a school institution, studying Secondary Education or having completed it
• Young people aged 18 or over with an elector's title
• Young people with military service obligations aged 18 or over must have a dispensation certificate
