Description
As a Hybrid Healthcare Representative, you will promote and create demand among identified specialists for Pfizer's ethical products in your assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Formulating strategies to meet sales and market share objectives
- Planning and implementing CME activities such as RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with target specialists, speakers, and key opinion leaders
- Creating and updating the Territory Master Work Plan to guide MD calls and program implementation
- Developing territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products
- Monitoring sales, product movements, and competitor activities
- Preparing and submitting operational and administrative reports
To qualify, you must:
- Be a college graduate of a 4 or 5-year course
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Healthcare Representative (PHR)
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid Med Rep PRC and driver's license
