Description
Join TransPerfect as a Sales Representative in West Palm Beach, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients who may benefit from our translation services, compiling contact lists, and initiating outreach through cold emails, phone calls, or social media.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and compile contact lists
- Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes
- Help track sales pipeline activities and manage client relationships using CRM software
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
- Analyze data to identify new opportunities and provide insights that can inform the sales strategy
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals
- Ensure that client requests and feedback are promptly communicated to the sales team
- Help generate and update sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Studying toward a bachelor's degree
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with and learn from diverse groups/people/concepts
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
