Description
The Core Sales Representative, Personal Safety Division will be responsible for covering an assigned territory in Northern California, building and managing relationships with end-users and distributors, and representing the entire PSD product portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or a High School Diploma with eight years of safety or industrial sales experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and achieving sales objectives
- Managing sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance
- Providing sales support services to customers and distributors
- Reporting market conditions, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor
- Interacting with business groups and management to identify target audiences and provide input to communications plans
The ideal candidate will have experience in safety or industrial sales, selling through industrial distribution, and selling into end-user companies.
In terms of skills, the candidate should be competent in utilizing selling skills, have strong organisational skills, and be able to effectively manage their time and territory.
The expected compensation range for this position is $113,752 - $139,031, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
