Team Lead

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Team Lead to join their Financial Services team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring that capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company.

Responsibilities:

• Apply developed knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete a wide variety of critical assignments/tasks.
• Thorough understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job, including systems, process flow, daily job responsibilities, issue resolution, handling queries, daily volume tracking, and delegation.
• Own Teams' daily KPIs, including work allocation, delegation, follow-up, and closure.
• Work independently and be the first point of contact for escalations, proactively flagging system latency and disruptions and keeping leadership informed.

Requirements:

• First-level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting processes.
• Basic analytical skills.
• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Good communication skills.
• Good teamwork skills.
