Private Banking Advisor

We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in Bremerhaven or Verden. As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to our private customers, entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized enterprises.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services to customers, focusing on their individual needs and goals
• Sell banking products, such as accounts, credit cards, building savings plans, and deposits
• Offer investment advice on simple investment products
• Implement new service processes, particularly certification according to the Service DIN standard
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Promote digital services, such as online and mobile banking
• Support customers with transactions, service, and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Ideally, a completed commercial, service-oriented, or banking-related training program
• Sales orientation and good knowledge of private customer products
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
