Description
Samsara’s Strategic Customer Success team advises and guides large customers, ensuring they adopt Samsara and gain business value from its products. As a Senior Strategic Implementation Consultant, you will be part of the Implementation team, responsible for helping Enterprise customers deploy and adopt IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets.
Your role will involve owning the customer relationship, ensuring successful deployment, and building relationships with customers. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability with Samsara's IoT platform
- Managing large-scale customer deployments, enabling quick time to value
- Creating launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage
- Tracking implementation progress, participation, and account health
- Running training sessions and demonstrating Samsara's technology
- Juggling multiple customer engagements and working cross-functionally
- Serving as a mentor to Customer Success and Support teams
- Championing Samsara's cultural principles
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and/or customer-facing technology implementation
- Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- Strong priority management and emotional intelligence
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communications
- Experience supporting technical products
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
- Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders

Compensation:
- Annual base salary: $109,480 - $165,600 USD
- Total rewards include base salary, performance-based bonus, equity, and benefits
