Operations Apprenticeship

We are seeking an apprentice to join our Operations team in Northampton, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business division.

The successful candidate will provide insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC tasks and monitor transaction flows to ensure accurate trade representation
• Address incident, problem and change management issues to improve services
• Provide support for continuous improvement of operational processes and development of best practices
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Perform daily reconciliation of fees and undertake complex customer and product-related processing activities

• Meet stakeholder needs through operational excellence and customer service
• Execute work requirements in a timely and high-quality manner
• Take responsibility for customer service and operational execution tasks
• Identify escalation of policy breaches as required
• Build relationships with stakeholders and customers to identify and address their needs

Eligibility:

• 3 A-levels at grades BBC, plus GCSE qualifications in Maths and English at Grade C (4) or equivalent
