Description
The Services team at Mastercard is seeking a Creative Associate Project Manager to join the Advisors Creative Desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing assigned creative projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Developing clear creative briefs and translating client requirements into actionable direction for creative, strategy, and production teams
- Managing project timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and dependencies
- Coordinating creative, strategy, copy, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Identifying project risks early, resolving day-to-day issues independently, and escalating significant scope, timeline, budget, or stakeholder risks when required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, account management, or creative services
- Experience independently managing creative projects from brief to delivery
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, including briefing, concept development, feedback, production, and final delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
