Creative Associate Project Manager

We are seeking a Creative Associate Project Manager to support the successful delivery of creative projects by coordinating timelines, resources, communications, and project administration activities.

The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help customers grow. Marketing Services develops and executes marketing programs that support client objectives, while the Advisors Creative Desk (ACD) creates engaging, on-brand creative solutions for Mastercard and its partners.

As a Creative Associate Project Manager, you will:

• Support the day-to-day coordination of creative projects from brief to delivery
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing status updates, and following up on actions
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure tasks progress according to plan
• Help monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverable deadlines
• Support budget tracking, project forecasting, and reporting activities
• Escalate risks, delays, or dependencies to Project Managers when identified
• Maintain accurate records within project management and workflow tools
• Help ensure compliance with ACD processes, templates, and governance standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline project workflows

You will need:

• 3-7 years of experience in project coordination, account coordination, marketing, creative services, or related roles
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Willingness to support multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
