Description
We are seeking a senior medical information communication specialist to convey migraine-related medical information within company policies and procedures, achieving company objectives in a compliant manner.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate medical information related to migraines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide market information and make appropriate recommendations
- Apply for and reimburse PIM, hospital meetings, and MICS regional inter-hospital meetings
- Establish good relationships with clients, maintaining the company's image
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a multinational company
- Experience in promoting in large hospitals, preferably with experience in neurology
- Sales performance achievement rate and growth rate reaching or exceeding the team average over the past two years
- Recognize and adhere to company values, being honest and integrity-driven
- Good communication skills and strong learning desire
- Proactive, optimistic, and able to self-motivate and handle pressure
- Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields
- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills
