As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in your designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures
• Build partnerships with customers and effectively utilize resources to achieve work goals
• Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities
• Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels
• Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments
• Continuously improve professional knowledge and skills under the guidance of superior managers
• Execute new initiatives introduced by the company and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization

Requirements:

• University undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields
• Proficient in MS Office, good English skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong learning willingness and ability
• Self-motivated, able to manage pressure
• Relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Compliance with company policies, industry standards, and laws, including but not limited to FCPA and relevant Chinese anti-corruption laws
