As a retail representative, you will be responsible for managing terminal stores within a designated area, focusing on achieving sales targets at key stores through regular visits to understand market demands and deepen terminal cooperation. You will also organise training and education for store staff and pharmacists to enhance their disease-specific knowledge and ensure regional market goals are met.

Main Tasks

1. Achieve sales targets at key stores in the region

• Ensure product availability and maintain a competitive market share
• Monitor inventory management to prevent stock shortages
• Analyse data to identify business opportunities and provide better products to patients

1. Regular store visits and coverage

• Conduct visits to gather feedback on market demands and propose suggestions to senior managers
• Promote standard practices for product distribution, display, and arrangement

1. Education for store staff and pharmacists

• Enhance pharmacists' disease-specific knowledge
• Encourage participation in professional education projects

1. Monitor and analyse market trends to identify regional opportunities and provide feedback and suggestions for company strategy development
2. Coordinate and implement projects and activities efficiently, allocating resources effectively
3. Establish and maintain effective communication, reporting progress to senior managers and collaborating with other departments
4. Provide suggestions for developing and modifying sales-related policies and procedures
5. Complete other tasks assigned by senior managers

Job Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree or higher, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences
• Work experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience in fast-moving consumer goods or pharmaceutical retail is preferred
