Description
We are seeking a Retail Representative to manage terminal stores within a designated region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets for key stores
- Regularly visiting stores to understand market demands and provide feedback to senior managers
- Organizing training and education for store employees and pharmacists to enhance disease-specific knowledge
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify regional opportunities and provide suggestions for company strategy
- Coordinating and implementing projects and activities effectively
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with senior managers and other departments
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good communication, writing, and office software skills
- Strong influencing and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and self-motivate
