Description
Join WSP's Transportation team as a Project Control Analyst and help deliver complex projects with confidence.
You will work alongside Project Managers, engineers, planners, designers, and other specialists to strengthen financial management, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing project controls plans that support contractual requirements and successful project delivery
- Developing and maintaining baseline budgets, work breakdown structures, schedules, cost plans, quality plans, and change management plans
- Monitoring planned value, actual costs, earned value, expenditures, schedules, and forecasts to provide accurate insight into project performance
- Assessing and communicating changes, variances, and deviations from project plans
- Managing project financial health through variance reporting, billing coordination, and monthly invoicing
- Preparing monthly progress reports and reporting packages
- Coordinating across Project Controls and multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in project management, finance, business, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in project controls, financial management, scheduling, forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Primavera P6, ProjectWise, and/or SharePoint is an asset

Compensation:
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $79,300 - $105,100
- MB & ON: $72,400 - $99,700
- NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $71,700 - $95,200
