What you'll do

- Shape proposals, including scope, resources, programme, and budget.
- Own the project's profit and loss: forecasts, costs, risk, billing, and cash collection.
- Put in place and maintain the key project documents, such as plans, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder maps.
- Manage contracts and change, ideally under NEC.
- Lead, guide, and develop your team, including Assistant Project Managers, and work closely with suppliers.
- Keep clients informed, spot issues early, and champion quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects.
- Confidence in stakeholder management, risk, planning, and commercial control.
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Comfort using project management tools and software.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated or non-regulated water projects
- Membership of APM, PMI, or ICE, or working towards it
What's in it for you
- Projects that matter: you'll lead schemes that keep clean water flowing and protect rivers and coastlines.
- Support to deliver: you'll be backed by colleagues across the UK and our team in India.
- Room to grow: you'll have a clear path from Project Manager to Senior or Principal, plus support with APM, PMI, or ICE membership and chartership.
- Flexible working: an inclusive culture and a real commitment to your development.
