- Lead value-based selling. Build compelling business cases that demonstrate financial impact, support investment decisions and establish clear success criteria.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles. Lead opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close, navigating multiple stakeholders, procurement processes and customer risk requirements.
- Orchestrate the extended account team. Align solution engineers, industry specialists, customer success teams, executives and implementation partners around a shared account strategy.
- Drive sustainable account growth. Support adoption and customer value, protect existing business and develop expansion opportunities.
- Maintain commercial discipline. Deliver accurate forecasts, a well-qualified pipeline and clear opportunity plans with defined milestones, risks and next steps.
- Develop industry credibility. Understand the priorities of financial institutions in Poland and translate relevant industry trends into meaningful customer conversations.

- Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value agreements and consistently achieving sales targets.
- The ability to build executive relationships and engage credibly with both business and technology leaders.
- Strong strategic account planning, discovery, qualification and negotiation skills.
- Experience developing business cases and positioning technology through business outcomes and return on investment.
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- An understanding of how regulatory, security, data privacy and procurement requirements shape technology decisions in financial services.
- Fluent Polish and English, with strong presentation and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
