Description
The Senior Manager, Talent & Growth (T&G) India is responsible for shaping and driving the end-to-end talent, leadership, organisational capability and inclusion agenda across Disney's India business.
The role leads the design and execution of scalable strategies across capability building, talent development, performance management, and inclusion, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise/regional frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Partnering & Consulting: Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and People & Culture partners, translating business priorities into integrated talent and growth strategies.
- Organisation Development & Effectiveness: Provide consulting expertise on organisation design and effectiveness, supporting leadership and team transitions.
- Organisation Capability: Develop organisational capacity for current and future business needs through relevant learning curriculum, leadership programs, and talent strategies.
- People Leadership: Lead and develop the T&G team, providing clear direction, coaching, and stretch opportunities to build capability and drive high performance.
The position reports to the Head of Talent & Growth, APAC, with a dotted line to the Head of People & Culture, India.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Adult Education, Psychology) from an accredited institution; Master's degree a plus.
- 10+ years demonstrated success and relevant experience in organisation consulting, business partnering, learning delivery, and leadership facilitation.
