The Workday Success Plans Team creates programs to help customers drive business value from their Workday applications. As a Workday Success Plans (WSP), Engagement Manager (Senior/Principal), you will handle multiple projects, coordinating the delivery of packaged services and deployment guidance services to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to deliver Workday Success Plans programs and services.
- Clearly communicate project objectives and delivery strategies.
- Become a specialist in Workday Success Plans offerings and educate customers throughout the project.
- Balance the needs of multiple concurrent projects.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to consultants working on your projects.
- Ensure projects are accurately planned and staffed.
- Collaborate with client project managers to identify and resolve issues impacting project scope or timeframe.
- Lead customer meetings and internal operational meetings.
- Ensure customers can serve as references upon project completion.
- Complete project administration tasks, such as updating project forecasts and assisting with team scheduling.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll, Financial, or Student implementations within medium enterprises, large enterprises, higher education, and/or state and local governments.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.

- Passion for customer service.
- Excellent organization, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services Procurement.
- Ability to influence, interact, and collaborate with senior executives.
- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
