Description
As a Senior Consultant with Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), you will be responsible for defined workstreams within strategic and transformative projects, working closely with internal clients and senior management.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing workstreams in strategy and transformation projects from start to finish
- Developing structured decision-making materials and presenting them to internal clients
- Supporting management-level decision-making processes and collaborating with internal clients
- Actively using AI-based solutions in project contexts and contributing to their integration into workflows
- Leading junior team members and ensuring the quality of work results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong academic background, with a degree in any field
- Several years of experience in management consulting or a similar function, ideally in a financial services environment
- Experience working in an international environment, such as through studying, internships, or work experience abroad
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as initial experience with AI-based tools
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, as well as a structured way of working
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- High level of personal responsibility, pronounced team orientation, and a high personal performance claim
