Description
Leidos UK & EUROPE are seeking talented Test Engineers to join their team throughout 2026. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering verification and acceptance across various technologies and platforms.
You will contribute to the Test Strategy and planning, provide test support to development teams, produce Test Scripts and User Scenarios, design and implement modern test plans, prepare test specifications, and conduct test execution.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in end-to-end testing, ideally from a Systems Integration background, and be self-motivated to work autonomously.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to Test Strategy and planning
- Providing test support to development teams
- Producing Test Scripts and User Scenarios
- Designing and implementing modern, scalable test plans using new and emerging technologies
- Preparing test specifications and conducting test execution
- Executing integration tests and system tests
- Designing and establishing test tools, test systems, and test data sets
Requirements:
- Graduate with a degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electronics, Communications)
- Excellent organisation, communication, and leadership skills
- Understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery cycles
- Integration and Systems Test experience
- Experience working as part of a test team on projects with complex requirements sets
- Understanding of principles of acceptance, verification, and validation
- Good knowledge of test automation, particularly Robot Framework and Selenium

Salary: £44,700.00-£57,300.00
