Description
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to support 737 Program Management in Renton, WA. This role will support the 737 Leadership Team.
As a strategic business partner, you will provide insight, guidance, and recommendations to program leadership within Business Operations to support program objectives and decision-making. You will lead cross-functional coordination of business operations activities to ensure alignment across priorities, plans, commitments, and execution on the 737 Program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Supporting development, integration, and execution of program strategies, operating plans, and key business rhythms.
- Driving accountability across stakeholders by tracking actions, resolving issues, and escalating risks or decisions as needed.
- Partnering with functional and program teams to improve business processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
- Preparing and delivering executive-level communication, reporting, and presentations to support leadership awareness and decision-making.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities that enhance business operations, enable program success, and support long-term strategic goals.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, Washington.
