Senior Systems Engineer, Ghost

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Tactical Recon & Strike team at Anduril. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and integrating complex systems, including aerial small drones and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate complex systems, including aerial small drones and equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
• Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a government contracting role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Familiarity with writing and executing requirements from customer needs
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
• Highly attuned to project status and able to quickly identify roadblocks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
