Job Overview

As a Student Marketeer with Red Bull, you will be part of the world's most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador programme. You will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products at your university and in your region.

Your main goals will be to:

• Reach new consumers and excite university students
• Collaborate with sales to cover university points of sale
• Manage the Red Bull brand at your university
• Engage in direct consumer contact and customer interactions
• Foster product trials and occasionally work at Red Bull events

This role offers a flexible environment that allows you to organise your daily activities with relative autonomy while gaining real experience in marketing and brand management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to promote the Red Bull brand and products at your university and in your region
• Engage with students and consumers to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cover key university points of sale
• Organise and participate in events and activities to promote the Red Bull brand
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• Valid driving licence
• Excellent communication skills and charismatic personality
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and products
• Integrated into student life with a deep understanding of your university and region
• Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with high sense of responsibility and initiative
• Ability to balance studies and part-time work, ideally available some afternoons and weekends
• Interest in learning and applying new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Connection with influential groups and individuals on campus
• Good level of English (ideally)
