Description
TransPerfect is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain multilingual talent pipelines and support full-cycle recruiting activities.
The role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies, identifying and recruiting passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and monitoring labor market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities
- Monitor labor market trends and competitor activity
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- Partner with universities and community organizations
- Track sourcing funnel performance and identify areas for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting and sourcing
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience building pipelines through proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with recruiting technologies and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness
Work environment and schedule:
- Remote work in South Africa
