Description
As a Sales Manager at NEXT's Tamworth store, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. The store operates 38.75 hours per week with varying shifts including Tuesdays 11:45 - 20:00, Wednesdays 09:00 - 17:15, Thursdays 09:00 - 17:15, Fridays 09:00 - 17:15, and Saturdays 10:45 - 19:00.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the store management team across all product areas and assisting with back-of-house tasks and store operations when needed
- Managing a team to deliver excellent customer service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met
- Creating an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
- Ensuring communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs
