Description
We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn National Airport. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms to our high standards, providing friendly and courteous service to our guests, and ensuring a clean and safe work area.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and ensure necessary amenities and supplies are in guest rooms
- Provide excellent guest service, responding to requests in a positive and timely manner
- Ensure a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures and regulations
- Work effectively as a team player, contributing to the efforts of other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
- Significant bending required
