The Role
- Clean and maintain accommodation rooms (dongas)
- Support kitchen and dining room operations, including basic food handling and preparation
- Provide friendly customer service in the onsite tavern or retail shop
- Clean and maintain mine-site offices, outdoor areas, and common areas
- Work 14 days on, 7 days off, with 10–11-hour shifts in a physically active role
About You
- Be able to travel safely to and from work
- Be physically fit and able to work long shifts (up to 11 hours)
- Obtain a National Police Check, if not already held within the last 6 months
- Endure remote environments in extreme weather conditions
- Pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
