Description
We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Leominster Care Home. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents
- Ensure high-quality food presentation at all times
- Serve meals and drinks to residents in the dining areas and to their rooms
- Clean the dining area to ensure it's tidy and presentable
- Serve refreshments outside of meal times to residents, relatives, and visitors as required
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in and around the home
