As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the main contact between our accommodation partners and Agoda, with the responsibility of nurturing the relationship with our key supply partners and driving mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds and owns long-term relationships between Agoda and strategic accounts
- Maintains and improves account performance
- Proactively engages supply partners to drive mutual growth
- Provides consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners
- Demonstrates a data-driven approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches
- Maintains high-frequency engagement with supply partners
- Responds to hotel partners' needs and requests in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or account management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player with a professional attitude and work ethic
- Proven success in acquiring, building, and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create new, innovative ideas
- Strong proficiency in English and fluent in Thai
Nice to Have:
- MBA or Master's degree
- Experience in the travel industry
