Description
As a Culture Marketing Manager, you will contribute to Red Bull's goal of continuously developing unique stories and initiatives that resonate with our target audiences, strengthening existing consumer relationships and reaching new ones.
You will be part of the Marketing Team, collaborating closely with other departments to implement and further develop existing concepts in music and dance, and create new, unique initiatives aligned with the global marketing strategy. This involves intensive collaboration with Austrian creatives to generate new ideas for events and content, and implementing them. Additionally, you will integrate Red Bull as a brand and product into existing and potential external partnerships and events, and strengthen our network in the scenes.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Culture Events: conception and implementation of culture events in coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaboration with Red Bull Media Network: strategic collaboration to optimize and expand culture marketing initiatives
- Networking: sustainable expansion of the Red Bull Culture network in music and dance scenes
- Artist and dancer management: management of artists and dancers within the framework of annual cooperations and/or limited projects
- Organization: creative and administrative support in business planning, independent budget and project management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management of creative and music projects
- Extensive experience in collaboration with creatives, agencies, live production, event dramaturgy, and consumer experience
- Existing basic network in the Austrian creative and music scene
- Team lead and teamworking skills, experience in cross-departmental project work
- Experience in artist booking (negotiation, contracts, advancing, rights clarification, etc.)
